Alhaji Khuzaimah Mohammed Osman, the Personal Assistant of the National Chief Imam of Ghana has been invited by the State Department of the US for an important function under the auspices of the Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo.

He is due to leave Accra on 15th July for a week, for a meeting on Freedom of Religions and Basic Social Rights at the State Department, Washington DC.

In a response on his nomination by the US Embassy to attend the Ministerial Meeting on Religious Freedom and Human Rights, he said:

gAlthough the Earth is inhabited by many different creatures, human beings manage and regulate the affairs of the Earth.

The Human Race also have absolute dominance over the rest of the creatures in the world.

Among the over 7billions humans living on Earth, less than a million Religious, Traditional and Political Leaders influence the decisions of the rest of mankind.

I feel privileged to join a few selected leaders invited by the Secretary of State of the United States of America and humbly regarded as the best  among the best to discuss the fundamental human rights of the entire mankind: the freedom of religion and basic social rights.

I am thankful to the United States Embassy in Ghana for nominating me to represent the the Islamic Peace and Security Council of Ghana (IPASEC) and the leadership of the Ghanaian Muslims under the Office of the National Chief Imam of Ghana (ONCI) at the Ministerial Meeting at the State Department under the auspices of Secretary of State Mic Pempeo and in the regime of President Donald Trump.

This is, indeed, a global platform of pride in humility.

I thank you so much.

Alhaji Khuzaima Mohammed Osman

Personal Assistant to the National Chief Imam of Ghana.
